Kairos Fateweaver is Tzeentch's vizier, a Lord of Change thrown through the Well of Eternity until one body was not enough. Two heads now share the Oracle. One always tells the truth. The other always lies. Petitioners leave with a riddle that sounds like a plan.
On the rare days Tzeentch sends him into realspace he arrives already knowing the battle, then flees if a future he was not shown actually hits him. Grey Knights list him in the Conclave Diabolus. Abaddon borrowed him to bottle Guilliman on the Terran Crusade until Cypher and a Harlequin unpicked the cage.
