Talos Valcoran

Talos Valcoran was an Apothecary-prophet of the Night Lords, the Soul Hunter who kept a warband together after the Legion had already become a rumour of flaying pits. Nostramo's curse sat in his head as visions. He treated them as orders.

He fought from Tsagualsa's ruin through the years after the Heresy, hated what the VIII had become, and still committed the atrocities the visions demanded. Decimus was the heir he did not plan to need. The Eldar who hunted him finally collected.

The Night Lords still tell the story. That is as close as the VIII comes to a saint, and Talos would have despised the comparison.
