Ursula J. Creed is Lord Castellan of Cadia, daughter of Ursarkar, a general who inherited a title after the planet that gave it meaning died. She grew up as Ursula Skouros, saw her father twice from a distance, and then spent the Indomitus years proving the name was not only his.

Guilliman sent her after a fragment of Cadia and a rumour of a secret weapon. She came back with plans for New Cadia and her father's cloak, which appeared in her cabin as if the dead still filed logistics. The Cadian 8th follows her because Cadia stands is now a policy, not a place.

She is not Ursarkar. That is the point. The Astra Militarum still needs a Creed.
