Revuel Arvida

Revuel Arvida is a Space Marine of the Thousand Sons Legion, recorded in the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy setting and associated with Prospero. He belongs to the Legion of Primarch Magnus the Red, whose warriors combined the discipline of the Astartes with the psychic and scholarly traditions cultivated in the city of Tizca. Published material on him is limited, and his precise rank and office within the Legion’s Fellowships are not established here.

As a member of the Thousand Sons, Arvida is placed within the Legion’s wider history: its participation in the Great Crusade, its estrangement from the Imperium after the Council of Nikaea, and the Burning of Prospero, which scattered the Legion into the warp and ended its existence as a settled power on its home world. Accounts of his individual part in these events, including any service connected with Janus, are sparse, and this entry does not assign him specific battles, duels or decisions that cannot be securely attributed to him. His relationships are likewise best understood through the Legion’s known leadership, principally Magnus the Red, Ahzek Ahriman and Amon, who were his contemporaries on Prospero rather than attested associates.

Arvida’s standing is therefore that of a named Thousand Sons warrior whose importance lies in the Legion’s fate rather than in a fully documented personal record. His status in the present era is not recorded with confidence; the Rubric that reduced most of the Legion to dust in their armour, and the later fragmentation of its survivors, mean that his fate remains unknown. In the Orrery graph he is anchored to Prospero and to the Thousand Sons during the Heresy years, alongside Magnus, Ahriman and Amon.
