Prospero

Prospero is the world of Magnus and the Thousand Sons, burned by Leman Russ’s Censure Host at the Emperor’s command and later rebuilt as a war-anvil. Before its destruction it was a cultured world, associated with the city of Tizca and with Magnus.

The Censure Host, led by Leman Russ, was accompanied by Constantin Valdor and Bjorn. It moved against Magnus, Ahzek Ahriman and Amon, and burned the planet. The Thousand Sons withdrew into the Warp with their primarch, and Prospero remained lifeless until Magnus ordered its reconstruction as a war-anvil in M42. The Space Wolves and the Thousand Sons have since fought over its ruins a second time.

Prospero remains a point of connection between the Space Wolves and the Thousand Sons. Later crossings by Jaghatai Khan link it to Terra and the Fenris System within the same record of censure.
