Jaq Draco

Jaq Draco was an Ordo Malleus inquisitor of the old Inner Order, the sort of secret policeman sent to watch other secret policemen. Stalinvast was supposed to be oversight of Harq Obispal's purge. It became genestealers, the Ordo Hydra, and a conspiracy that wanted to weaponise the human mind against Chaos.

He walked into the Sanctum Imperialis, then into the Black Library without an Eldar invitation, and stole the Book of the Rhana Dandra. Meh'Lindi, Grimm, and Googol were the retinue that made the lunacy look like a mission.

The Inquisition declared him renegade. The Webway is where the reports say he died. Draco's Liber Secretorum is what you read when you want the 41st millennium to feel even less safe.
