Terran Crusade
The Terran Crusade is a late-41st-Millennium Imperial campaign directed towards Terra, associated with the return of Roboute Guilliman to the Throneworld. Its background is the resurrection of the Primarch of the Ultramarines at the close of the millennium, at a time when the Cicatrix Maledictum had divided the Imperium into a darkened half and a beleaguered half, and the Astronomican’s reach was sharply reduced. Terra, as the seat of the High Lords and the resting place of the Golden Throne, was the natural focus of any attempt to restore central authority.
