Ignace Karkasy

Ignace Karkasy was a poet and remembrancer attached to the Luna Wolves during the Great Crusade, recorded among the observers at Sixty-Three Nineteen. Remembrancers were civilian artists, writers and chroniclers licensed to accompany the expeditionary fleets and to record the Imperium’s conquests, and Karkasy served in that capacity with the Legion then commanded by Horus Lupercal. He is generally described as a poet of some reputation who sought in the Crusade a subject worthy of his verse.
