Ezekiel is Grand Master of the Dark Angels Librarius, Keeper of the Book of Salvation, Holder of the Keys. One eye is gone. The other does enough work for a Chapter that stores its sins in a book and then asks a psyker to remember which names are still unpaid.
He took the post from Danatheum, walks the Rock's sealed halls, and treats the Fallen as a ledger rather than a sermon. When the Inner Circle needs a mind that can hold both war and secret at once, they send Ezekiel, which is why he is tired.
