Varro Tigurius is Chief Librarian of the Ultramarines, the most powerful sanctioned psyker in the Chapter and the one Guilliman actually listens to when the Warp starts writing ahead of the Codex. Macragge trained him. The hive fleets tested him. He is still standing.
He foresaw enough of the Tyrannic Wars to keep Ultramar from being a meal, walked the Indomitus years as the Chapter's seer, and has a habit of being right at the moment it is least comfortable. Other Librarians treat his presence as weather. Calgar treats it as staff work.
The Codex has a section on psykers. Tigurius is the living errata.
