Merrin
Homeworld: Tanith
Merrin is a trooper of the Tanith First-and-Only, an Imperial Guard regiment chronicled in the Gaunt’s Ghosts series.
As a member of the Tanith First-and-Only, Merrin is attested within the regiment’s ranks as the formation is deployed across a succession of Imperial campaigns under the command of Colonel-Commissar Ibram Gaunt. Accounts of the regiment’s operations describe a body of troops drawn together from Tanith and, following heavy losses, reinforced by personnel from other worlds, with individual soldiers such as Merrin serving within its line companies.
