Saint Katherine Elysius was Dominica's second, the Shield Bearer who carried the Praesidium Protectiva into the Throne room when the Brides of the Emperor learned what Vandire actually was. Her hair went white. She founded the Order of the Fiery Heart and spent a lifetime making that name literal.
Witch-cultists of Mnestteus killed her. The Order renamed itself Our Martyred Lady because mourning became the doctrine. Her golden plate and the Ardent Blade waited on Sanctus Lys for Celestine. Her corpse still tours war zones as a relic other Sisters have to live up to.
She is a founding Matriarch, and she is dead. The Triumph is what the living do with that fact.
