Saint Mina

Saint Mina was the most aggressive of Dominica's six, a Matriarch who treated faith as a charge. She walked into the Throne room with the others, then spent the years after Vandire looking for the next fight worth bleeding in.

Cultists ambushed her. The stories say they found her body surrounded by a ruin of the people who had tried it. The Order of the Bloody Rose was raised later in her name, which is how the Sisterhood admits that some saints only make sense at a run.

She is a founding Matriarch, and she is dead. The Rose still prefers the first half of that sentence, and paints it red enough that nobody misses the point.
