Saint Lucia

Saint Lucia was one of the six who stood before the Golden Throne, then founded the Order of the Valorous Heart so that endurance would have a colour scheme. The tales say she was captured and tortured for a long time and never gave her captors the scream they wanted.

That silence became the Order's doctrine: pain as proof, not as theatre. Her sisters still cut a heart into their armour to remember a Matriarch who treated suffering as a duty roster rather than a sermon.
