Hasik Noyan-Khan

Hasik Noyan-Khan was lord of the White Scars Horde of the Stone, an original Chogorian from the Khagan's conquest years who decided the warrior lodges knew Jaghatai's future better than Jaghatai did. He was a brother before he was a traitor. The coup made that distinction academic.

When the lodge plot went live he drew on his primarch and lost. Jaghatai impaled him for the theft of a Legion. The wound did the rest; Hasik was dead by the fourth year of the Heresy, a Noyan-Khan who had gambled the ordu and paid in the old style.

Chogoris still had his horde's name in the lists. It did not have Hasik. The Khagan did not forgive a stolen brotherhood just because the thief had once ridden at his shoulder, and the Horde of the Stone learned that in a single thrust.
