Kenor Argonis

Kenor Argonis, the Unscarred, was a Cthonian Son of Horus who took Maloghurst's place as the Warmaster's emissary when that office needed a man who could still walk into a room. Some records call him Kinor. The face was the same Cthonian bet.

He spoke for Horus at Tallarn, at Ullanor, and in the ugly diplomacy around Sarum. He killed Ekaddon when that argument required a murder rather than a message. The Unscarred name was a joke that stopped being funny as the Court got stranger.

The Heresy does not close his file cleanly. Argonis went where the Warmaster pointed and came back with fewer illusions than scars. Cthonia produces emissaries. It does not promise they remain the men who left.
