Torias Telion is the Ultramarines 10th Company's argument that scouts are not children with bolters. He trains the Chapter's recruits, then takes sixty of them to wars captains would rather run as line battles. Other Chapters borrow the method and still cannot borrow the eye.
On Black Reach he hunted Orks through caverns with Sicarius's picked men. In the Invasion of Ultramar he refused Galenus's demand to fold into the 5th Company battle line, wrecked Tark's Dark Mechanicus forges instead, and let the captains win the war that was left.
