Oleander Koh is a Terran Apothecary of the Emperor’s Children, formerly of the Consortium and later Joybound to the Radiant King. He sided with Bile at Harmony and afterwards killed his way out of the Consortium. Scaripedes died, and Koh went into exile.
The Radiant King recovered Koh from vacuum and made him Joybound. Koh nonetheless continued to seek a better master. He made an agreement with Sylandri Veilwalker’s Harlequins, brought Fabius to Lugganath, and asked the Primogenitor to take the Legion back. Fabius regarded the request as an insult and left Koh on the dying craftworld.
Koh’s later standing was that of a captive rather than a commander. Hexachires kept him as a pet for centuries, and Belial IV once permitted him to bite the Haemonculus. Veilwalker concluded the account of his fate by remarking that tales run out.
