Phoroc

Phoroc was a Terran Imperial Navy admiral who seized northern Tallarn and the Cobalack approaches. A void officer—a military commander specialised in spaceborne warfare—he directed the planetary surface campaign through orbital geometry, treating the desert terrain as an expanse of open sea.

During operations over the Northern Desolation, Phoroc maintained the station of his flagship, *Victory’s Sacrament*, despite severe atmospheric dust storms and sustained resistance from the Iron Warriors. The vessel suffered extensive damage from this prolonged deployment, and whilst his forces secured and retained the northern sector, the territorial hold cost the fleet numerous warship hulls.

Phoroc subsequently vanished from later Imperial tallies, an outcome frequent among naval commanders who secured poisoned sectors that offered no surviving civil infrastructure to govern. The campaign authorised by Terra concluded without official verification of his fate, preserving only the record of his damaged flagship alongside unconfirmed reports.
